The significance of organizational structure nursing essay help: nursing essay help

Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on the significance of organizational structure. The values of the employees must likewise be aligned with those that the organization is trying to promote.

All these characteristics are evident in how the FMC Aberdeen facility manages its daily affairs. Judging from how the employees effectively interact with each other and with the members of the management, one can easily that the FMC Aberdeen facility has effectively established a strong organizational culture.

There are various factors to consider when trying to restructure an organization. These same factors are likewise important considerations when one makes an attempt to redefine the culture that prevails in the organization. With regards to Kenneth Dailey’s efforts to parallel FMC Green River’s organization with that of FMC Aberdeen, he bears in mind that doing so will not be easy. For one, the prevailing structure in the facility that he manages has been in place since the facility opened. Moreover, restructuring the organization will require major changes in various aspects of how the FMC Green River facility is run. However, such a task is not impossible to complete. There are certain steps that must be taken to ensure the successful restructuring of the FMC Green River organization.

One of the strategies that Dailey must consider implementing is the greater involvement of employees in all stages of decision-making. This strategy is effective and valuable for several reasons. For one, when employees participate in various stages of the process, they feel that they are more valuable to the company. By doing so, the management will be able to increase the job satisfaction of employees. Various studies have proven that when employees are highly involved in the organization, they are more motivated to perform and thus, they become more productive. Furthermore, increasing employee involvement is a vital strategy to consider because employees usually know more about the processes in the company. Their input is vital to the creation of various organizational strategies. They are the ones who have hands-on experience in the company. As such, their input is valuable to the planning and implementation of various decisions regarding the operations of the company.

Another important strategy that Dailey must consider is the improvement of communications between employees and management. As previously stated, employees can provide valuable ideas with regards to company operations. Likewise, more open communication channels will facilitate the exchange of information between employees and management. If an organization is to retain a strong culture, communication between its members must not, in any way, be hindered. Everyone must feel as if they are valued in the organization. As such, they must be provided equal access to voicing out their thoughts and ideas.

Facilitating the Educational Approaches to Students with Special Needs essay help services

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Facilitating the Educational Approaches to Students with Special Needs. It needs to be at least 500 words. Teachers bring a wide range of instructional tools and strategies with them to the room. Needless to say, each instructional approach has its particular strengths and weaknesses but, without doubt, all facilitate the task of imparting knowledge and information to special needs students.

The identification of special needs students and their subsequent referral to a special educations program is a meticulous process. Teachers are first required to conduct Response-To-Intervention (RTI) assessment test for determination of whether or not the student in question is truly in need of special education and if all efforts have been exhausted in the general classroom setting. Enrollment in a special educations program is predicated on the results of the RTI.

Within the context of the classroom setting, the teacher is required to identify the most effective of the teaching strategies which may be deployed vis–vis the special needs students. Identification is done through either the problem solving or the special protocol approach (Teaching LD, 005). Ideally, the characteristics and needs of the students function as the primary determinant of the learning approach which will ultimately be selected.

The problem solving approach, as clarified in “Teaching LD”(2005) is comprised of four steps. These are problem identification, problem analysis, plan implementation and problem evaluation. The first step is an observational one, whereby the teacher is required to observe students classroom behavior for identification of problem areas. The second step focuses on the analysis of the identified problem for the purpose of identifying the factors which incite them and how these problems may be addressed. This second step, in other words, involves an in-depth exploration of the identified problem for the purposes of formulating a corrective plan. The third step entails the implementation of the individual student plans which were formulated in the previous step. The final step, problem evaluation, dictates the monitoring of student progress following the implementation of the plan for determination of whether or not it has induced improvement and can, thus, be considered successful. If the monitoring and evaluation indicate a lack of, or insufficient, progress, modifications may be made to the plan. Should, after modifications, problems remain, the student is referred to a special educations program (Teaching LD, 2005).

The standard protocol approach is comparable to the one discussed in that it is similarly comprised of four steps which have the same objectives. Accordingly, the first step involves the identification of students who are potentially in need of special education and the second involves the deployment of such teaching support as tutorials, which could help the identified special needs students overcome their education problems. The third step is centered upon the monitoring of progress for determination of the effectiveness of the tutorial sessions in relation to each individual student. Within the context of the final step, students who have exhibited a marked improvement continue with the program, allowing for its adjustment in relation to their improvement while, those who have exhibited minimal or no improvement are referred to enrollment in a special education program (Teaching LD, 2005).

A special educations classroom, as clarified by Sue (2003) may be incorporated into the general education classroom. As per the stated, the teacher arranges seating for the special needs student in a classroom area which is conducive to learning and relatively free of distractions, in addition to warding the student special privileges.

As may have been determined from the preceding, this topic is a rich and fertile one and has, in no way, been adequately covered in the above. Instead, one may read this as an introductory and extended definition to special needs teaching approaches.

Research on Intimate Partner Violence essay help writing

aCase 4. Research on Intimate Partner Violence and the Duty to ProtectDr. Daniela Yeung, a health psychologist, has been conducting a federally funded ethnographic study of couples in which the male partner has been paroled fol-lowing conviction and imprisonment for intimate partner violence (IPV). Over the course of a year, she has had individual monthly interviews with 25 couples while one partner was in jail and following their release. Aiden is a 35-year-old male parolee convicted of seriously injuring his wife. He and his wife, Maya, have been interviewed by Dr. Yeung on eight occasions. The interviews have covered a range of personal topics including Aidens problem drinking, which is marked by blackouts and threatening phone calls made to his wife when he becomes drunk, usually in the evening. To her knowledge, Aiden has never followed eats. Dr. Yeung has the impression both Aiden and Maya feel a sense of social support when discussing their life with Dr. Yeung. One evening Dr. Yeung checks her answering machine and finds a message from Aiden. His words are slurred and angry: Now that you know the truth about what I am you know that there is nothing you can do to help the evil inside me. The bottle is my savior and I will end this with them tonight. She calls both Aidens and Mayas cell phone numbers, but no one answers.Ethical DilemmaDr. Yeung has Aidens address, and after 2 hours, she is considering whether or not to contact emergency services to suggest that law enforcement officers go to Aidens home or to the homes of his parents and girlfriend.Discussion Questions1. Why is this an ethical dilemma? Which APA Ethical Principles help frame the nature of the dilemma?2. Who are the stakeholders, and how will they be affected by how Dr. Yeung resolves this dilemma?3. Does this situation meet the standards set by the Tarasoff decisions duty to protect statute (see Chapter 7)? How might whether or not Dr. Yeungs state includes researchers under such a statute influence Dr. Yeungs ethical decision making? How might the fact that Dr. Yeung is a research psychologist without training or licensure in clinical practice influence the ethical decision?4. In addressing this dilemma, should Dr. Yeung consider how her decision may affect the completion of her research (e.g., the confidentiality concerns of other participants)?5. How are APA Ethical Standards 2.01f, 3.04, 3.06, 4.01, 4.02, 4.05, and 8.01 relevant to this case? Which other standards might apply?6. What are Dr. Yeungs ethical alternatives for resolving this dilemma? Which alternative best reflects the Ethics Code aspirational principles and enforceable standards, legal standards, and obligations to stakeholders? Can you identify the ethical theory (discussed in Chapter 3) guiding your decision?7. What steps should Dr. Yeung take to implement her decision and monitor its effect?Suggested ReadingsAppelbaum, P., & Rosenbaum, A. (1989). Intercultural Interactions Essay paper popular mba argumentative essay help: popular mba argumentative essay help

For your concluding essay, think about the most likely or significant area of your life where you think you will have some form of intercultural interactions (example: doing business, travel, in the workplace, charity work, relations with people where you live, friendships, etc.). Then, select and write about the two most important topics (concept, exercise, an article, an image or video) from this course that will have a positive impact on those future intercultural interactions.

You must structure your essay as follows and include the part numbers/letters in your essay:

Part 1- In one short introductory paragraph, describe the circumstance where you anticipate you will have those intercultural interactions, characterize what type of cultural difference you expect to encounter, and describe what potential challenges you might encounter (stereotypes, communication issues, etc.) and why you selected that particular circumstance. Note: If you anticipate encountering intercultural difference in several areas of life, focus on just one area. If you already encounter this scenario (for example, if you travel a lot already) you can use that scenario if you anticipate that you will continue encountering this scenario in the future. If you seriously do not anticipate having intercultural encounters or really have no plans to come into contact with culturally different people, then you could write about coming into contact with another culture on a dream vacation that you win as a prize and that would take you to any desired location in the world.
Part 2- Briefly introduce and describe the two very specific topics from this course that you chose to write about here and why you chose them. Important suggestion: Although there is no right or wrong topic, in most cases, try to strike a balance between too general (e.g. choosing a general concept like culture or “stereotype”) or too specific (e.g. simply describing the video about saying no in Japan without explaining its broader significance to your situation). Examples of appropriately specific topics might be things like, “Bennett’s stages of intercultural awareness”, or “rules for forming accurate generalizations rather than stereotypes”. Focus on picking topics that you can clearly see yourself using as tools to improve your intercultural interactions. This can include topics that improve your intercultural understandings, attitudes, or behaviors. You may have to select a variety of topics, and start writing a bit before you decide what your best two choices are.
Part 3 – For the first of the two topics you select, write a paragraph or two with the following structure:
Part 3A. Number and name the topic using all capital letters (e.g. 1. LEVELS OF CULTURE) and cite its source (example: Module 3: Part 1: Definitions of Culture, section subtitled Levels of Culture”). In most cases, you will write a better essay if you do not pick something too general such as culture or stereotypes instead, youd want levels of culture or media based stereotypes. Or instead of choosing cautions about culture which refers to a long list, say culture is contextual which is one of the cautions about culture we mentioned.
Part 3B. Write 2 to 3 sentence summary or description of what this topic is about and say whether the topic is explained with text, audio, video or images in the module.
Part 3C. The rest of the paragraph explains how this concept relates to the intercultural interaction scenario you anticipate encountering. Please clarify the relationship by citing specific aspects of your essay and if necessary adding more details about your own culture or the intercultural encounter you cited in your initial essay (for example, if you mention a concept related to media stereotypes and you did not talk about stereotypes in your initial essay about culture, then add a few words about how this gives insights into your culture or the intercultural encounter you had).
Part 4: Do the same thing as describe above in Part 3 but for your second topic. Remember to include part 4A, 4B, and 4C.
Part 5: After youve done the above for the two topics, write one concluding paragraph where you summarize what you wrote about and its significance, and whether you would change/improve how you teach about these topics (for example, if the module covered the topic using text and you feel a short video clip would be better).

Current Trends of Covid Discussion essay help free

1.Authentic Storytelling
Should storytellers, directors, producers, etc. have the right to tell stories of minorities, if they aren’t apart of said minority.
Ex.) A straight cis person directing a film about transgender or LGBTQ rights

– What if they had the help of people within the community?

– Would it be more authentic if a person of the minority was to tell the story?

I just ask this since the director of the documentary I was in; “Changing the Game” did an amazing job of telling my story and two other transgender athletes stories. The director also had an amazing executive producer who happened to be transgender to help guide him through telling our stories.

I wanted to see how others felt if someone completely random asked you if they could make a documentary about your personal endeavors.

2.With the current trends of COVID, baseball finally is back in-season. The games last night consisted of the players wearing masks while they were in the field, as well as fake fans behind home plate. Individuals could pay up to $300 to have their face as one of the fake fans behind home plate. Do you think this style of sports will impact team performances? What are your thoughts on the concept of fake fans in the stands?

3.”Some high-profile Republicans as well as just about every Democrat with a microphone are crying foul after President Trump announced on Friday that he was commuting the sentence of Roger Stone, his old friend and former adviser. Stone, who was convicted of seven felonies including perjury and obstruction of justice had been sentenced to 40 months in prison.” -New York Times, 7/13/20

How can one be convicted, especially of obstruction of justice, and then be pardoned? Ignoring all the charges, accusations, and denials in this case, this country was founded on a system of checks and balances throughout the government branches to minimize corruption. Stone was found guilty of Congressional obstruction of justice. Thoughts?

The Case for Animal Rights analysis free college essay help: free college essay help

For your initial post this week you will be completing the following tasks.

First, read all the information about paraphrasing and summarizing, and the two assigned essays from the Ecology of Place bibliography , (see attached file)

“The Case for Animal Rights by Tom Regan and Hogwash! Or, How Animal Advocates enable Corporate Spin by Lee Hall. (links below).

Regan, Tom. The Case for Animal Rights, Excerpt from A Case for Animal Rights, In M.W. Fox & L.D. Mickley (Eds.), Advances in animal welfare science 1986/87 (pp. 179-189). Washington, DC: The Humane Society of the United States. The Humane Society Institute for Science and Policy Animal Studies Repository, 1986. https://animalstudiesrepository.org/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1003&context=acwp_awap (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.)

Hall, Lee. Hogwash! Or, How Animal Advocates enable Corporate Spin, Dissident Voice, dissidentvoice.org, August 29, 2007. https://dissidentvoice.org/2007/08/hogwash-or-how-animal-advocates-enable-corporate-spin/ (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.)

Second, Write a 7-8 sentence summary of EITHER “The Case for Animal Rights by Tom Regan OR Hogwash by Lee Hall from the Ecology of Place bibliography, using the steps shown in Canvas page Week 6: How to Write a Good Summary.

Begin your summary with a Topic Sentence that includes the authors full name, the title of the work in the correct format, and the main idea of the work. Example:In the essay Consider the Lobster, Davis Foster Wallace blames the tourism industry for celebrating cruelty and minimizing the seriousness of animal abuse in the lobster industry.
Then, in 5-6 sentences, write out all of the main points that the writer touches on in roughly the same order the writer organizes them.
Transition between ideas as you write, so that your text does not simply look like a stringing along of outlined parts.
You may use the authors name to help you transition between ideas. Remember though, only the first time you mention the author should you use their full name; after that, only use their last name.
You may use one direct quotation as long as its completely accurate and word-for-word and you properly credit the author.
Finish with a conclusion sentence that summarizes the conclusion of the work (not your own conclusion or opinion, but explaining how the work itself comes to an end).
Third, the ability to correctly paraphrase the ideas, perspectives, and opinions of people on different sides of issues that divide people in our culture is an important first step to developing your own positions and perspectives on these topics, and work to integrate them into an essay. To work on paraphrasing skills, we’re going to use this discussion board to play what writing theorist Peter Elbow calls the “believing game”*

*for details, see link https://www.procon.org/wp-content/uploads/believinggame.pdf (Links to an external site.)

Write a paragraph of approximately 7-8 sentences.
Give the title of the essay you’re paraphrasing–your choice of one of the articles listed above by Regan or Hall from The Ecology of Place Bibliography.
For the paragraph, choose an essential paragraph from your chosen article/essay by either Reagan or Hall that shows one side of an issue, belief, or law within the Ecology of Place theme that you have noticed deeply divides people in this country. Paraphrase the paragraph, using the steps shown in Canvas page Week 6: How to Effectively Paraphrase.
After you have written your paraphrase, you now should go through and determine what you need to revise and edit in order for it to be a polished paragraph to post in the discussion.
Fourth, in addition to being able to summarize issues and perspectives that people hold, and paraphrase accurately and ethically, doing well in college and beyond also requires the ability to also summarize written texts like books and essays along with audiovisual texts like news reports and TV shows.

I have provided you a structure for good summary and paraphrasing outlines in Week 5. You can look over the two full pages of guidance I’ve provided: “Week 5: How to Write a Good Summary” and How to Effectively Paraphrase.
For this summarizing and paraphrasing assignment, youll write two paragraphs.

Clients Dietary Report essay help site:edu: essay help site:edu

Dietary Analysis

Using the Dietary Analysis

Using the Clients Dietary Report (PDF file) included in this assignment folder, answer the questions below (Parts 1-7). Imagine that you are working as a
nutritionist and your client has given you her dietary intake record for March 6, 2022 (see PDF). She has told you that her diet is essentially the same every
day. If that is true, how would you assess the following aspects of her diet in the assignment below? Note that there are several questions within each part;
you will need to look back at your notes/slides from earlier in the semester to answer these questions.
Part 1Calories (12 points): Your client is a 25-year-old female who works at a desk job (sitting about 7 hours per day) and reports that her exercise level
would be considered low-active since she only walks a few blocks to and from the subway each day and does some basic errands that involve walking to
local stores. She is 5 6 tall (66 inches) and weighs 175 lbs.
Go to the following website and determine her Estimated Energy Requirement (EER): https://globalrph.com/medcalcs/estimated-energy-requirement-eerequation/ Scroll down the page until you see the EER calculator input boxes. Remember that EER determines the total number of calories you should have
each day based on gender, age, height and weight, and current activity level. (See Week 2 if you have forgotten this.) You will enter these factors for your
client into the calculator you find at the above link. (Make sure when you enter her weight, you use pounds not kilograms.)
Then answer these questions for Part 1:
a)–How many calories (kcal/day) should she be getting daily according to her calculated EER? How does that compare with what her dietary report shows
she consumed on March 6?
b)–What effect do you think her current calorie intake from the March 6 report will have on her weight?
c)–The calculator also tells you her current BMIwhat is it and what category (underweight, normal, overweight, obese) does her weight represent?
Part 2Carbs (12 points): In Week 3, you learned about healthy carbs and unhealthy carbs. Please apply the correct terms (such as simple/complex and
whole grain/refined) in writing your answers:
a)–Based on what you see in your clients report, which foods would you cite as examples of healthy carbs and why are they healthy? (You dont have to list
allbut give several examples).
b)–Which are examples of unhealthy carbs and why are they unhealthy? (You dont have to list allbut give several examples).
c)–If she is consuming too many unhealthy carbswhat health risks should you warn your client about?
d)–What 3 specific changes/substitutions in her carb intake would you recommend to improve her diet?
Part 3Fats (12 points): In Week 4, you learned about healthy fats and unhealthy fats. Please apply the correct terms (such as saturated, unsaturated) in
writing your answers:
a)–Based on what you see in your clients report, which foods are examples of healthy fats and why are they heathy? (Again, you dont have to list all, but give
a few examples).
b)–Which foods were highest in unhealthy fats and explain why they are unhealthy? (Again, you dont have to list all, but give a few examples).
c)–If she is consuming too many unhealthy fats, what are the health risks you should warn her about?
d)–What 3 specific changes/substitutions in her fat intake would you recommend to improve her diet?
Part 4Protein (12 points): In Week 6, you learned about the healthiest and less healthy protein sources.
a)–Based on what you see in your clients report, what are the healthiest sources of protein in her diet and why are they considered healthy? (You do not need
to list alljust give a few examples.)
b)–What are the least healthy sources of protein in her diet and why are they unhealthy? (You do not need to list alljust give a few examples.)
c)–If you look at the notes for week 6, there are protein intake recommendations for an average woman; is your client under or over the amount an average
woman should be getting? What potential consequences would you warn her about if this is the amount of protein she consumes daily?
d)–What 3 specific changes/substitutions would you recommend in her protein sources to improve her diet?
Part 5Sodium (10 points): Sodium is one of the minerals we covered in Week 8.
a)–What is the DRI for sodium? What is the UL (Upper Limit)? (Use your notes, not Google.)
b)–Was your client under or over these guidelines?
c)–What are some of the potential consequences of not following the guidelines?
d)–Looking at her report, what foods had the highest amounts of sodiumand what specific advice could you give her to improve this aspect of her diet?
Part 6Sugar (12 points): This material was covered in Week 3 on carbs.
a)–How many teaspoons of sugar did your client have on this day? (You need to convert grams to teaspoonssee week 3 slides if you have forgotten how to
do that.)
b)–What is the American Heart Association sugar recommendation for women in teaspoons? Was your client getting the correct amount?
c)–Why is it important for her to follow the AHA recommendation? (Please give several examples of health risks from excess sugars.)
d)–Did she consume any sugars that would be considered healthy? If so, what are they and why are they healthier?
e)–Which of her sugar sources would you recommend she limit or remove from her diet because they are mostly empty calories?
Part 7Fiber (10 points): Fiber was also covered in Week 3.
a)–What is the recommended amount of fiber we should be getting daily? (Use notes from week 3not Google). Is your client meeting this goal?
b)–What 3 specific health benefits of fiber would you share with your client to encourage her to maintain adequate amounts in her diet?
c)–Given the amount of fiber in her diet, what other macronutrient does she need to make sure she is getting enough of each day? Briefly explain why (PDF file) included in this assignment folder, answer the questions below (Parts 1-7). Imagine that you are working as a

Working with Henry Ford Health System has been one of the most significant opportunities to experience. This organization focuses on improving community relationships, resources, and healthcare. As a community outreach initiative, Henry Ford Health System has partnered with surrounding schools within Detroit to create the School-Based Medicine program. The School-Based program has successfully created a positive impact in providing virtually free or reduced-cost health care services to patients as young as 4 to 21 years old. This community-based program has help families provide the peace of mind that their children can receive and seek medical attention, vaccinations, physicals, STD screenings, and mental health services. This program is effective and helps bring awareness for young patients not to be afraid to ask for medical attention regardless of age, sex, or social, economic status. The School-Based medicine has, mainstream institutional settings [of hospitals] and [treatment and patient care] to be offered in local community settingsplaces that people are familiar with, feel safe in and familiar. In short, outreach means bringing health and social care to someones [community]. (Peate, 2016) In working with the School-Base medicine program briefly, it was always amazing to witness the sincerity of healthcare providers providing this service to the younger population through helping children become registered for school, being educated on health care services, and creating a safe haven for children. In addition, this program has established trust and lasting commitment providing necessary resources to help with the progression of free or reduced healthcare for school-age patients.

The legalization of Marijuana outline essay help cheap

This is a continuation of the legalization of Marijuana outline

1. As you know, as a final requirement for this course, you’ll submit a longer, original piece of argumentative and research writing. In the remainder of the course, we’ll work on carefully constructing that essay. In Module 9, you created an outline on some topic of social, political, or current event interest. In this module, we’ll continue working on that topic by applying rules 3 and 4 of ‘stasis’, described in the text (p 232, 8/e, p 230, 7/e). They are: “What are the causes or consequences of X?” and “What should we do about X?”. In your first post, write a thesis statement, and two paragraphs, in which you briefly answer each of these questions (one question per paragraph). A paragraph is around 5-6 sentences, and should not be more than 150-200 words. Make good use of the tools and techniques from the text in planning and drafting your two paragraphs; they’ll form the core of your final project (after revision). This is due Wednesday by 5pm.

2. In order to ensure that everyone gets a peer-reviewed reply, and that no student gets many, in your second post simply “claim” a thread for yourself. It may be easiest to claim someone who read the same essay as you, but it is not necessary. You can do this simply by typing “Hi, Robert. This is interesting, and I’ll reply to your post by the end of the week”. Of course, if someone else has already “claimed” a thread, then please choose another. This strategy will guarantee that no two students are working to peer review the same essay. Please do this step as soon as possible, but no later than Friday at 5pm.

3. In your third post, give a meaningful, and critical peer review of the student’s thesis and paragraphs. Remember that critical does not mean negative; it simply means that you should add something meaningful that was not already included in the original. Remember also that the purpose of this assignment is not for you to comment on their topic, but rather to comment on the student’s analysis of the topic. Try to think of subjects, arguments, or evidence that they might have overlooked. This is your opportunity help the student make his/her argument stronger, by applying what you know from the module. This is due by Sunday at 5pm

Question no 2″

Liquidity of the Company

We have analyzed two important liquidity ratios: Current Ration, and Working Capital. A current ratio of 2 is considered “adequate liquidity”. The company has Current Ratio numbers for 2006 and 2005 1.2 and 1.1 which shows that the company has at least good funds to discharge the short term obligations and also there is an increase in the ratio which is also good in the future.

Interest coverage ratios shows that how much times the profit covers the interest which is a financial liability .the company’s interest ratio is 20 for 2006 and 12 for 2005 which shows that the company is financially stable.

Profitability ratio

ROE is viewed as one of the most important financial ratios. It measures a firm’s efficiency at generating profits from every dollar of net assets. The RoE of the company is 0.8 and 0.6 for 2006 and 2005 respectively. The numbers shows that the company is not so much good in generation revenues and is not increasing the share holders wealth. High ROE yields no immediate benefit. Since stock prices are most strongly determined by earnings per share (EPS). The benefit comes from the earnings reinvested in the company at a high ROE rate, which in turn gives the company a high growth rate.

Efficiency ratios:

Inventory turnover ratio shows that how the company is managing its stock the numbers for the company is 31 nad 19 for 2006 and 2005 respectively. By analyzing the company’s inv. Turnover ratio we have analyzed that the company is not managing its inventory in 2006 that of 2005.

Debtors turnover ratio tell about the company’s management that how the receivables are collected and the company has good debtors ratio which is a proof of the managements efficiency.

The asset turn over ratio gives an idea about how well the company is using its assets in generating revenues. The numbers for the company are 1.6 and 1.1 for the year 2006 and 2005 respectively, which shows that the company is well doing in using its assets and also there is an increase in the ratio which tells about the growth of the company.

Earning per share:

Earning per share is the share holder specific ratio which tells that how much the company is creating wealth for its share holders the company’s EPS is 12.8p and 9.3p for the year 2006 and 2005 which shows that the company is adding wealth to its share holders and is growing year to year.
