He has some key research questions: What markets in the United States hold the most promise for a new coffee shop? What type of location is best for a coffee shop? What is it that makes a coffee shop popular? What coffee do Americans prefer? How would consumers respond to coffee delivery? The Internet offers considerable information from studies on taste done by individual researchers, usually themselves as the only sample respondent. Joe doesn’t find much on consumption patterns and the number of coffee shops around the United States. Joe wonders about the relevance of previous research and questions whether he is capable of doing any primary research himself. He considers hiring someone to do a feasibility study for him. Maybe doing research is easier than using research. Questions What are the top three key decisions faced by Joe? What are the key deliverables that an outside researcher should produce to help Joe with the key decisions? How relevant are the coffee taste studies cited above? Explain.

As a means to change address the news, Dabbagh would like to acknowledge point towards the future where we will focus on ensuring that we are considering the local communities’ complaints and treating them with the utmost gratitude and respect. At the end of the day, our strive to ensure that our workers and plants are running efficiently will always take the backseat if it means that our operations are wrongfully harming our employees and consumers all around. Dabbagh’s communication pollution prevention approach will be to reduce, eliminate, or prevent pollution at its source moving forward. By advocating to shut down the remainder of our open- hearth furnaces and slowly transition into using electric furnaces, we will produce less toxic raw materials or fuels, use a less-polluting industrial process, and improve the efficiency of the process. Our focus will be on factors such as ambient air quality conditions, relevant meteorological conditions, location of the emissions source, noise levels, and any ancillary pollution from the control system itself. Additionally, controlling emissions related to transportation at the furnace site can include emission controls on vehicles as well as use of cleaner fuels. This will create better tracking and accountability from a plant floor to upper management. The Clean Air Technology Center will come on board a an consultation resource on air pollution prevention and control technologies, including our use, effectiveness and cost implications. Upon further involvement, we will be working closely with the CAT Center to ensure that our operations are following compliance regulations and adhering to the green standards that business are to follow in the designated business area. In wanting to communicate transparency with our employees, investors and the general public, our communications team has developed a control strategy plan that incorporates the control measures on how to track how to combat air pollution. The written plan should include implementation dates, goals and objectives that we as an organization would like to reach as Dabbagh continues to convert the furnaces from to electric facilities overtime. The plan will need to reference the requirements that owners or operators of emission sources will need to undertake to reduce pollution contributing to the air quality problems. Lastly, we will take ample actions to bring in local communities and groups to help regulate feedback and consultation to help address any challenges and streamline implementations Compliance and enforcement programs will be streamlined by human resources and recruiting to ensure that Dabbagh’s community involvement focuses on service and overall satisfaction. These programs are very important to include and help owners or operators of sources understand the requirements, as well as the actions that environmental authorities can take if the sources don’t complete their research as needed. Moving forward, Dabbagh’s intentions will be to fight to combat the issue of air pollution, provide transparencies to workers, board members, investors, and the local government authorities to ensure that the changes being implemented provide a positive outcome on our values as well as the environment in the long run.
