Writing Assignment Help Question 1The things that have worked for me to influence student engagement in your classroom is to get an understanding of my kids and show them unconditional love no matter what. I try to show them that I’m here to help them learn or deal with whatever it is that they are going through. Developing a friendship but being strike can be a challenge because you want to gain trust but at the same time you want structure in your classroom. As I gain a better understanding of your students’ needs,*I realize that they need consistency more than they need anything else. I work with Emotional Behavior Disorder children, so their moods vary by the moment,  so I must always expect the unexpected. I try to be consistent with a schedule that they can see, and I use a timer to indicate when we are getting ready to switch subjects or activities to bring down anxiety. Question 2In my special education resource classroom, I have focused on gaining a understanding of the students, talking with parents/guardians and taking the time to get to know the student. I have utilized all of my resources to find out what type of engagement works at home or worked last year for each student. Additionally, I build that relationship and provide unconditional love and support to these students. Most of my students do not have a typical stable household or a support system that unconditionally loves and cares for them at home. I am that stability and consistency in the classroom. The students that demonstrated severe behaviors in the beginning of the year as decreased just by taking the time to figure out what that specific student needs or what triggers them. I would say it’s a long process and I still have a long way to go but I celebrate the little successes I have seen in my students so far. Keeping my students engaged in their learning is my biggest focus, I have seen so much improvement in students just staying at the carpet or small group table instead of trying to run for the door. The way I have modified my approach to my classroom based on students’ needs is modeling ideal behavior and the expectations of my classroom. The students that would scream or refuse to sit down, I would not allow these students to have the incentives we do receive at the end of our session time. For example, 5 minutes of pop-it time, free writing on white boards

Ethics proposal

Select a company or organization: a company you work for or aspire to work for, or a professional organization related to your anticipated career.Within that company or organization, select a document: Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, or something similar. The names of these documents may vary slightly. For example, a company may have a Statement of Ethics rather than a code.) You might consider using:If you have a job at a public company, you might consider using your company’s documentation.Privately owned companies will likely have a code in place, but you might need to ask permission to use it as part of a class assignment. (You can emphasize that you will not be re-publishing the document anywhere.)Consider using a code by a professional organization related to your career or field of study. (Consider whether you want to use an international organization or something related to the United States).Review the document and identify a need. Here are some questions that might help you identify the need:Does the document need updated language, clarification of language? What language could be added, revised, or expanded to improve the document? Is there a disconnect between the company’s ethics in writing versus in practice? Does the document need better alignment with company practices or reputation?Does your selected code include a Diversity and Inclusion Statement? It may be that your code addresses these issues under a different category, so read with a critical eye. If this is the case, what is the category called? It is also possible that your code references another document that details specific ethics policies. If this is the case, what is that document called, and generally what does it contain? (Is it possible that THIS is the document you should be using for this assignment?)Plan a way to address the need. How will you determine what “industry standards” are, and how will you gather data to support and inform your plan? You might propose that you analyze ethics statements from similar companies, interview or survey employees or corporate officers, interview or survey customers or clients, and/or draft sample language–and you might have ideas not included here.Write a proposal for company/supervision permission. Describe the kinds of support and resources you’ll to enact the plan.
